Early in my career I learned that acknowledging that no two people are the same is the first step towards successful physical therapy. Instead of allowing the disability to define the client, I believe in taking time to really get to know the person. Each client I work with becomes like a close friend or family member to me, and just like with actual family members, I want the very best for each one of them and do my best to make sure they receive nothing less.
Though the last 9 years of my career have been focused on working with children, I thoroughly enjoy working with people of all backgrounds and age groups. Creating a positive environment, and treating each person with dignity and respect is what truly makes my services valuable in the eyes of my clients and what helps us work together. Ultimately when we all work together to achieve milestones, like taking those first steps in a gait trainer or cruising in a power wheelchair, we celebrate them together too.
Combining the personal experience of receiving one-on-one attention with my clinical excellence and insurance knowledge really helps me evaluate and easily communicate the different options and methods available for your loved one to you and your family. When you choose Get Cruising Physical Therapy, you can be confident that you will receive truly honest and open communication from someone that sincerely cares for you and your family.
